We've been talking with Andrea and Rocco about visiting around a Cardinal or 49ers game but the timing just didn't work out this year. Too hot in AZ when the Cards hosted the 49ers, too cold (and too late in the pregnancy!) to see the Cards in SF in December. So we decided on the ASU/USC game last weekend. The weather was perfect! We even got a beautiful AZ sunrise :) These are some shots of us at the Southwest BrewFest near Sun Devil Stadium. It was our "tailgating" event prior to the game. $35 for 20 drink tickets and a 3oz mug on a string. Needless to say, I got to play the role of designated driver...

We also ordered the crib this week. We've been anxiously awaiting our Buy Buy Baby 20% off coupon and it finally arrived! Just in time too, because the crib won't be ready until 1/13-1/27/10. Wow! Luckily, the basinette will be here sooner. Craig's parents are driving to California this weekend to visit family and pick it up. This is the same basinette used when Craig and his sisters were babies! I'm finally starting to get excited about shopping for baby stuff too. They really do have the cutest stuff for girls! I even booked my final business trip to LA so that I could get some Gerber stuff at the Nestle Company Store in Glendale, CA :) Gotta take advantage of those employee perks!
