And just before prenatal yoga class:
Where's Regan you ask? Don't worry, he's still likes to hang around while I take belly pics, he was just preoccupied...
So I have a great story about prenatal yoga! First of all, I decided to pursue it because a coworker of mine said it helped her stretch and build strength prior to labor. She delivered her first in 6 hours, need I say more?? I've never done yoga aside from Wii Fit but have always wanted to take a class. One of Craig's good friends from high school is also expecting a baby so I found a partner in crime and we decided to check it out. My mom has been eager to do something pregnancy related so that made three and off we went! The class started off great, most of us were new to prenatal yoga and at all different stages within our pregnancies - anywhere from around 5 months to 38 weeks!! So here's the memorable part, about halfway through the class the instructor has us do a pose where you balance on one leg and stretch the other straight back. Keep in mind the lights are dim, music is soft, and as my mom lifts her leg back she lets one rip!! No joke.
Me: "Did you really just do that?"
Mom: (giggles)
Me: "Geez, I can't take you anywhere!"
Mom: (still giggling)
Craig's friend Landell: (dying laughing! if she just heard all that, then the whole class probably did...)
From that point on, I lost it. Every pose, I couldn't help but giggle uncontrollably because I kept thinking about what just happened. I was practically in tears by the time we left class. Thanks mom for making this one so memorable! Hopefully, they'll let us back in this week...
