Ready or not, here comes 2008

It's been a great year but 2008 is around the corner. My new year's resolution is for Craig and I to see a financial planner and FINALLY invest in a Roth IRA (at least for me). I've opened 2 accounts already, the first one closed due to inactivity. I have the best of intentions but for some reason don't set aside the cash. Time to get 'er done!

Craig is getting more and more into cooking (no doubt to my benefit!). He made deep dish apple pie and homemade bread in the dutch oven for Christmas dinner. We had the whole family over for dinner and I think it was one of the best! Craig is working New Year's Eve this year so I'm headed out with the girls for a night of dancing. It's going to be so much fun because we're getting all dressed up, cocktail dresses and champagne yahoo!

I didn't get around to sending Christmas cards this year but to anyone reading this I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and here's to a fantastic New Year!
