Happy New Year!

Christmas was extra special this year because not only did Santa stop by the house but we also got to meet him at the North Pole for New Year's!! The Polar Express picks up in Williams, AZ and sure enough Santa was there :) We rented a cabin up north with the Adams family so it was a short drive to the train.

Allison also finally got to see snow (truth be told it wasn't easy to find), and we even got to squeeze in a little trip to the Grand Canyon. In true Halver fashion we were also scoping out lodging for a future trip, because someday when the kiddos are older Craig and I are going to hike the canyon down to the Colorado River and with any luck Havasupai Falls too!!
