It's New Year's Eve and our goal for tonight was simple: Stay up until midnight! Hard to imagine we used to stay up without a problem, but now that we have Allison were usually in bed by 9pm, haha. Speaking of, what a charmer she is these days! She's always been somewhat of a flirt - at 4 months she started smiling and waving her arms behind her head, at 6 months she lost the arms but dished out smiles to everyone and anyone, at 7 months she had about a week of "stranger danger", at 9 months she started scrunching her nose and smiling, and now at 10 months she's added a head tilt too. I don't know where she's learning this stuff, but I do know this - she loves people! Our social butterfly :)

I can't believe how grown up she looks in this picture!
She got a little crabby while we were taking this last picture so I pulled up her favorite You Tube video of a baby laughing and this is the smile we got. This picture makes me laugh everytime!
For her first Christmas we had visitors in town. Craig's cousins from Portland stayed with us, it was such a blast! The weather was beautiful all weekend which meant outdoor meals and a stop in Queen Valley to visit my parents (they were camping of course). Hope everyone's Christmas was just as joyful!
Who the heck are you?
Santa brought me a bike trailer, some new toys at Grandma's, a pillow pet, and bath toys! But what I really enjoyed was pulling tissue paper out of bags and chewing on bows...
